Tata Semiconductor Manufacturing Private Limited (TSMPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

TSMPL (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence

Responsibilities

1.Responsibilities for transfer of 28-110nm technologies Frame making procedure from partner facilities. Work with Fab integration team to enable smooth transfer

2.Integration responsibilities to set up Frame Cell placement rule to 28-110nm platform technologies

3.Co-work with Fab such like LT/PEI/Metrology … as needed, to implement / enhance Frame making requirement.

4.Set up Frame making programming in UNIX/LINUX environment

5.Build up the Frame making Automation system

6. Coordinate with vendor for the definition of Frame making information such like, GDS/Cell Coordinate …..

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or M.S in Electrical Engineering, Science Engineering or IT Engineering or equivalent
2. Strong understanding of Frame making procedure and LITO marks related
3. Deep understanding of Frame placement software such like Compose / AMAS /Mega …..
4. Ability to work across different cultures and geographies
5. Good team player
6. Innovation and competitive mindset

Desired Experience Level

1. 10+ years experience in the semiconductor industry, most of which will be in the Frame making / Layout field
2. Proven track record of successfully developing new technologies into high volume production
3. Proven problem solving skills using design of experiments and analytical tools
