About the Business
Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for sourcing and procuring MRO materials and services in line with business requirements.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors, including audits for high-value projects.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Manage end-to-end procurement cycle from PR to PO using SAP system.

Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with vendors and logistics teams.

Monitor vendor performance on quality, timelines, and contractual compliance.

Handle shipment coordination, including import processes and documentation validation.

Collaborate with stakeholders (requestors, finance, warehouse) for smooth operations.

Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and legal compliance.

Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and vendor onboarding documentation.
Qualification
BE/B.Tech Supply chain or any related degree
Experience
8+ years in with experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in an EMS Industry.
