Purpose

Key Responsibility

1. Preparation of Standalone/ Consolidated Financial Statements as per Ind AS and MCA Schedule III requirements.
2. Preparation of schedules related to Standalone / Consolidated Financial Statements for quarterly reporting requirements.
3. Review of departmental provisions for month closure.
4. Handling Statutory / Internal audit and resolving queries raised by Statutory and Internal Auditors.
5. Conduct Analysis of General Ledgers for MIS preparations and incorporating suggestions wherever required.
6. Assisting in providing data to secretarial for various MCA filings.
7. Supporting in Tax audit, other regulatory requirements data.
8. Supporting in Quarterly certificates like UFCE, QRR filing etc.

Qualification

Chartered Accountant with 5 to 8 years of experience.

Experience

1. Chartered Accountant with 5 to 8 years of experience.
2. Manufacturing industry knowledge is preferable.

Additional Technical Requirements

1. SAP FI Knowledge.
2. Strong knowledge of IND AS accounting.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
4. Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
5. Knowledge in Advance Excel.

Competencies
