Purpose

About the Company 

Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components. Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU), and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications, and artificial intelligence.

About the Role 

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect who can design smart HR solutions and lead complex system integrations. If you enjoy solving problems, building automated workflows, and connecting different HR systems together 

Key Responsibility

  • Lead the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) setup on ServiceNow — including Case Management, Employee Center, ESS/MSS, and Life Cycle Events.
  • Design end‑to‑end HR processes: workflows, SLAs, data models, and HR taxonomy.
  • Build integrations between ServiceNow and:
  • SAP HR / HCM
  • Payroll systems
  • Identity management platforms (IDAM)
  • Mobile apps
  • Create automations using Integration Hub, APIs, and Flow Designer.
  • Ensure HR data security and compliance across the platform.
  • Use ServiceNow’s AI capabilities (Now Assist, Co‑pilots) to enhance HR user experience.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience

  • 5+ years of total ServiceNow experience.
  • Minimum 3 years specifically working with HRSD.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with integrations:
  • REST, SOAP
  • OIDC, SCIM
  • Good understanding of HR processes, compliance needs, and employee lifecycle.
