Purpose
Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibility
- Should be aware of complete P2P/C2P cycle and experience in working in SAP.
- Exposure in dealing with Turnkey, EPC, BOO, BOOT model-based contracts.
- RFQ preparation, collect techno commercial offers, vendor evaluation negotiation and contract award.
- Perform internal costing/rate analysis, arriving cost benchmarking, Network connect within the industry.
- Contract and rate negotiation.
- Analyse the project specific requirement.
- Procurement strategies, General Contracting and Strategic sourcing.
- Post Order management: Track post PO/Contract activities and effectively co-ordinate with respective stakeholders and ensuring that all the packages are meeting Need by Date of Project.
- Proactive engagement with all the stakeholders to mitigate delivery risks, analyse and highlight red flags in case of any potential risk and prepare risk mitigation plan.
- Prepare executive presentations, board decks and strategic reports
- Research on new market trends and conditions.
- Vendor Management: Establish good relationship with vendors and other stakeholders.
Qualification
- BE/B-Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) from a recognized university
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
5-10 Years

- Problem Solving Skills, Data Analytics, Adaptable.
- Rich Exp in MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation, Hands on experience in Power BI and Other tools.
