Responsibilities : 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The role is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and high availability of network services, supporting both on-premises and cloud environments, while aligning with business goals and IT security standards.

• Design, configure, and deploy LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center network solutions.
• Manage and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Ensure network availability and performance through proactive monitoring and optimization.
• Administer VPN, MPLS, and SD-WAN solutions for secure and efficient connectivity.
• Work with ISPs and vendors to manage enterprise network links, SLAs, and escalations.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols, including firewalls, ACLs, and intrusion prevention/detection systems.
• Perform capacity planning and ensure redundancy, disaster recovery, and failover readiness.
• Provide support for escalated network incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Document network designs, processes, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to support infrastructure projects and upgrades.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network administration.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), VLANs, and QoS.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network hardware platforms.
• Familiarity with firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or equivalent).
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.).
• Understanding of SD-WAN, cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP), and VoIP infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Relevant certifications preferred (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent).

Desired Experience Level :

• Experience in data center networking and virtualization (VMware NSX, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Knowledge of automation and scripting for network management (Python, Ansible).
• Exposure to OT (Operational Technology) and IoT networks in industrial environments.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
