Key Responsibility
- Support SAP Ariba implementations and configurations for SLP, Sourcing, CLM, Commerce Automation, and Catalog Management modules, driving process improvements tailored to semiconductor supply chain complexities like high-precision sourcing and supplier risk.
- Analyze current procurement processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement optimizations using Ariba tools for supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle, sourcing events, and catalog syndication to enhance efficiency in fab operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, IT, suppliers) to integrate Ariba with SAP ERP, conduct user training, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity/compliance in a high-stakes semiconductor environment.
- Monitor system performance, perform audits, generate reports on KPIs like cycle times and cost savings, and support continuous improvement initiatives for resilient supply chains.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Materials Science/Engineering
- Physics
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Production Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics Management
Or a closely related technical or management field
Experience
- 3 ~ 5 years Progressive experience in electronics manufacturing, procurement, and/or supply chain functions with exposure to SAP Ariba platform.
