About The Business:
Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence. Tata Electronics is a subsidiary of the Tata group.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement calibration procedures and techniques
- Ontime calibration of equipment’s with External vendors, OEM or Internally
- Identify and rectify problems associated with equipment calibration and performance
- Maintain calibration records for audit purposes
- Perform the periodical dust particle count measurement
- Recommend and implement improvements for calibration procedures and methods
- Train and assist other technicians in calibration techniques
- Order, maintain, and manage calibration equipment and tools
- Ensure that all calibration activities adhere to quality standards and regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures for calibration processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts for calibration processes and systems.
- Work with suppliers to resolve any issues related to the calibration or performance of measurement and test equipment.
- Provide technical support for calibration activities and equipment maintenance.
- Conduct a periodic line audit to ensure the calibration status and performance of the equipment.
Essential Attributes:
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017
- Knowledge on evaluation of measurement uncertainty
Education Requirements:
Diploma or BE / B. Tech in Instrumentation / electronics / electrical / mechanical discipline.
Experience:
2-5 years’ experience in Electrical, Thermal, RF & Mechanical equipment’s
