Responsibility
- Establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 26262, ISO 13485, AS 9100 D, VDA 6.3 and other relevant standards.
- Develop and update procedures, work instructions, and documentation to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Manage and maintain the DMS. Create user accounts, assign access levels, update workflows, manage metadata, ensure system uptime, and troubleshoot document-related issues.
- Manage document lifecycle through the DMS—creation, review, approval, release. Ensure documents follow defined templates and controlled formats.
- Ensure only authorized users have access to documents. Maintain permission groups, version access, and ensure obsolete documents are auto‑archived.
- Monitor and ensure documents follow format, approval rules, revision history, and retention as per standards.
Essential Requirements
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards documentation structure and compliance (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 26262, ISO 13485, AS 9100 D, VDA 6.3).
Hands-on experience with an electronic DMS system (uploading, revision control, workflows, Retention).
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum Relevant Experience
5-10 years of experience in quality document controller.
