Responsibilities:

 

1. Support equipment Preventive Maintenance, major Down, update pm documentation, assist Process and Support NPI to set-up & conversion for Ball attach, Die attach, vacuum ovens, FOL.

2. Perform installation, upgrade, continue improvement & modification.

3. Involve in PM activity and ensure completion within the allocated time to meet the targeted MTBA, OEE, MTBF and MTTR.

4. Achieve the PM Success rate target goal (3 lots) monitoring with 60 min MTBA.

5. Responsible to update the Preventive maintenance checklist base on lesson learn on the major down.

6. Good Hands-on skill in the mentioned equipment and must be responsible to reduce downtime effectively.

7. Perform root cause analysis and process mapping for line quality issue; implement containment actions and feedback to superiors for further actions. Update shift report to respective Team.

8. Issuing spare parts for stock items, keep track qty for non-stock items/critical parts and trigger superior to purchase if reach triggering limit.

9. Perform equipment wiring management and maintain process area/machine 5S in mentioned area.

10. Proper Passover PM shift communication, information sharing & follow up.

11. Go through internal and external mentor program/vendor training to upgrade technical skill

12. Ensure spec compliance and follow OCAP for machine troubleshooting which handover by sustain team due to Major Down and to perform equipment related calibration

13. Act as ERT shift representative for mention equipment and process

14. Any other duties assigned from time to time

15. Must be able to Handle a Group of Maintenance.

16. Must be able to write Detail Technical Report on any Equipment failure and product failure related to equipment consisting of 8D and Root cause Problem Solving consist of Problem Statement, Root Cause, Containment Action, Permanent Corrective action and Permanent Preventive action.

17. Coaching, guiding and arranging soft skills and Equipment Training L1/ L2/L3 /L4 and L5 for the downline.
