Responsibilities:
Major Work Focus
-
Clean Room Systems: Operate a clean room, including air flow control, temperature and humidity control, air molecules monitoring and control in order to provide a ultra clean environment for 5nm fab production.

General heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC): Design, build and operate chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, rotating equipment (motors, fans), and air handling units
-
Air Emission Control: Operate general exhaust units, wet scrubbing unit.
Job Description:

Ensure the proper application of safety rules for people and assets, and for environmental protection (equipment under pressure, chemicals handling, Electrical HV and LV Installations & HVAC Systems)
-
Execution for new project Installation, Ramp-up and handover to Internal Customer
-
Participate to risk analysis for her/his shop and make apply prevention plan
-
Organize maintenance activities for optimum efficiency of the production and distribution of fluids system (predictive, preventive and corrective actions)
-
Operate and maintain the transformation and distribution of Substation, fluids, with optimized quantity and quality & treatment and verification of emissions/discharges
-
Propose progress ways and support improvements on energy consumption at plant level; Actively contribute to the daily, weekly and annual energy diagnostic of the plant.

Initiate and lead the actions to save energy in all utilities
-
Participate to commissioning of new equipment of his department
-
Check conformity of power supply installations and equipment to the electrical legislation
-
To define, manage and optimize the maintenance plans and the job plans for internal and external operators (transformers, protective devices, visits of sub-stations, thermography inspections…)

To train / coach Mechanical /electrical team on the work procedures, methods & technology
-
O&M of Chillers, Compressors, Air handling unit, Process exhausts, Nitrogen system, ETP, WTP, Clean rooms, Pumps, Vacuum systems, Substation, transformers, DG.

Qualifications :
-
Bachelor of Engineering, B.E or Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical)
-
An understanding of heat transfer, thermal management and fluid dynamics design and general knowledge of heat and thermal conventional manufacturing techniques are key to this role.
-
Employee may be required to work outside normal working hours, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
-
Shift work and emergency overtime are required.
-
Familiarity with vibration analysis is preferred.
-
Familiarity with air molecules and chemical analysis is preferred.
-
Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary environment.
-
An understanding of HVAC, plumbing and building codes (in particular ASHRAE, IBC, IECC, IMC, and IPC).
Desired Experience Level:
-
4 to 8+ years of work experience with DEEE or Mech Eng.
-
4 o 8+ years with ‘C’ License preferred for B.E EEE or Mech Eng.
-
Experience with mechanical & Electrical systems operations in the OSAT / Pharma manufacturing industry is preferred.
