Responsibilities

• Tier – 3 on-prem Data Center Server, Storage, Virtualisation, HCI’s hands-on expertise.
• Must be a VMware expert – designing, implementing & operational.
• Hands on expertise Complex IT architecture based on Hyper-V, VMware, NetApp storage, Windows, Linux based 24x7 IT operation.
• Oversee Windows & Linux server farm operations, including capacity planning, performance tuning, virtualisation and automation
• Manage enterprise storage infrastructure ensuring optimal performance and availability. NetAPP / Dell / HPE
• Managing and configuring Server hardware in the data centre – on prem & cloud. Ensuring high availability by monitoring and actively participating in all planned maintenance activity.
• Align with Corporate IT Team & Unit Head IT Infra to execute infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives
• Meeting SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics to ensure service reliability
• Ensure high availability of 99.99999% for plant infrastructure
• IT policy implementation, IT asset management, IT procurement & supporting Head IT Infra on IT governance.
• Implement security best practices and compliance requirements
• Lead incident response, change and problem management processes in L2 & L3 level.
• Must be able to support 24*7 rotational shifts.
• Great to have exposure working on AI automation tool for IT Infra.

Essential Attributes

• Server hardware, Storage, On prem-cloud infra L3 level expertise.
• IT Security Compliances implementation & management.
• Must have Data Centre (DC), NOC operation expertise.
• Great to have greenfield IT project implementation exposure (preferably in Manufacturing).

Qualifications

• B. Tech\B. E \ MCA \ M.Sc in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

Desired Experience Level

• Min 12 Years in Core IT Infrastructure design, implementation & support for Data Centre, Manufacturing Plant/large-complex technology project
