Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities :

Develop deep understanding (demand and supply) of local real estate market and associated services

Build vendor base for end-to-end delivery of employee and material related supply and services e.g. accommodation, office, canteen, transportation, warehouse etc.

Contract creation and project management of contract deliverables/expectations

Cross functional and deep collaboration with user, legal and finance teams to ensure best quality service at best cost

Managing vendor engagement for assigned categories including utilities (power, water), real estate, canteen services, employee transport etc.

Essential Attributes : 

Exceptional eye to detail

Ability to structure deal and lead end to end contract negotiations

Qualifications :

B.E/B.Tech from a reputable college

MBA is a plus

Desired Experience Level :

8-10 years of experience in employee related supply and services

Experience in real estate (housing and office) is a plus
