Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Job Summary

The Outbound Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient dispatch of products from the Warehouse to customers. The role involves order processing, shipment coordination, inventory accuracy, transportation management, and adherence to customer specific guidelines, despatch requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily outbound operations, including order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch.
  • Ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.
  • Coordinate with Mfg., PPC, Transportater, and customer service teams.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and delivery performance.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and update relevant systems.
  • Prepare dispatch documentation, invoices, shipping labels & other packaging requirements
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Analyze outbound performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or outbound operations.
  • Knowledge of WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
