About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Result Driven Program Manager to lead Semiconductor Factory start up – initiatives across infrastructure, MES, business applications, and automation in our OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test) environment. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, drive cross-functional coordination, and ensure systems support our fast-paced manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

•            Manage IT projects from planning to deployment, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline adherence.

•            Oversee infrastructure upgrades, network expansions, and cybersecurity initiatives.

•            Lead MES enhancement projects and integration with SAP, PLM, QMS, and factory automation.

•            Drive deployment of manufacturing and business applications to improve productivity.

•            Coordinate automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives, including equipment integration (SECS/GEM, OPC-UA).

•            Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, ensuring smooth execution and SLA compliance.

•            Report project status, risks, and KPIs to leadership.

Requirements

•            Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field

•            10+ years of IT project management experience, ideally in semiconductor, electronics or manufacturing.

•            Willing to work on site @Jagiroad Assam

•            Knowledge of MES platforms, IT infrastructure, and factory automation.

•            PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is a plus.

•            Strong leadership, problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.
