Brief Summary:
We are looking for an SAP Ariba Specialist with hands-on functional and technical expertise to support and enhance Ariba-driven procurement processes within a complex semiconductor supply chain. This role will play a key part in building resilient, efficient, and data-driven sourcing and supplier management processes.
Ariba Functional Responsibilities
• Support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP Ariba modules: Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Sourcing, Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM), Commerce Automation (Buying & Invoicing), Catalog Management
• Drive process improvements tailored to semiconductor supply chain needs (precision sourcing, supplier risk, traceability)
• Conduct UAT, user training, and documentation Ariba Technical Responsibilities
• Support Ariba integration with SAP ERP / S4HANA via CIG
• Manage and monitor master data integration
• Troubleshoot system issues related to interfaces, configurations, and data flows
• Collaborate with IT for APIs, enhancements, and system upgrades
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance standards
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, production, IT, and suppliers

Academic and Qualification:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines:
• Electronics Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Materials Science/Engineering • Physics/ Computer Applications
• Mechanical Engineering • Industrial Engineering
Desire Skills:
• Production Engineering
• Supply Chain Management
• Logistics Management
• Or a closely related technical or management field
Experience:
• 2 ~ 5 years Progressive experience in electronics manufacturing, procurement, and/or supply chain functions with exposure to SAP Ariba platform.
