Job Description :

 

We are seeking an experienced Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automation equipment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, or Special Purpose Machines, and experience in robot programming, PLC knowledge, and automation. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automation equipment, including robots, PLCs, and special purpose machines. 
  • Robot Programming: Assist in developing and implementing robot programs for ABB, FANUC, KUKA, EPSON, SODICK, and PANASONIC robots.
  • PLC Knowledge: Assist in designing, developing, and implementing PLC programs using Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Allen Bradley platforms.
  • Automation: Assist in automating manufacturing processes using robotics, PLCs, and special purpose machines.
  • QMS Documentation: Assist in developing and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
  • PM Activity: Assist in planning and executing Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities to ensure equipment sustainability.
  • Spare Parts Management: Assist in managing spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
  • Equipment Sustainability: Assist in implementing measures to ensure equipment sustainability and extend its lifespan.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Assist in conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Assist in implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes. 

 

Essential Attributes:

 

  • Robot Programming: Experience in programming robots from ABB, FANUC, KUKA, EPSON, SODICK, and PANASONIC.
  • PLC Knowledge: Knowledge of PLC programming using Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Allen Bradley platforms.
  • Automation: Experience in automating manufacturing processes using robotics, PLCs, and special purpose machines.
  • QMS Documentation: Experience in developing and maintaining QMS documentation.
  • PM Activity: Knowledge of PM activities and their implementation.
  • Spare Parts Management: Experience in managing spare parts inventory.
