Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automation equipment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, or Special Purpose Machines, and experience in robot programming, PLC knowledge, and automation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automation equipment, including robots, PLCs, and special purpose machines.
2. Robot Programming: Assist in developing and implementing robot programs for ABB, FANUC, KUKA, EPSON, SODICK, and PANASONIC robots.
3. PLC Knowledge: Assist in designing, developing, and implementing PLC programs using Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Allen Bradley platforms.
4. Automation: Assist in automating manufacturing processes using robotics, PLCs, and special purpose machines.
5. QMS Documentation: Assist in developing and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
6. PM Activity: Assist in planning and executing Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities to ensure equipment sustainability.
7. Spare Parts Management: Assist in managing spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
8. Equipment Sustainability: Assist in implementing measures to ensure equipment sustainability and extend its lifespan.
9. Root Cause Analysis: Assist in conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
10. Lean Manufacturing: Assist in implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes. 

Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, or Special Purpose Machines.
2. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in automation, preferably in the EMS industry.
3. Robot Programming: Experience in programming robots from ABB, FANUC, KUKA, EPSON, SODICK, and PANASONIC.
4. PLC Knowledge: Knowledge of PLC programming using Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Allen Bradley platforms.
5. Automation: Experience in automating manufacturing processes using robotics, PLCs, and special purpose machines.
6. QMS Documentation: Experience in developing and maintaining QMS documentation.
7. PM Activity: Knowledge of PM activities and their implementation.
8. Spare Parts Management: Experience in managing spare parts inventory.
9. Equipment Sustainability: Knowledge of measures to ensure equipment sustainability.
