Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automation equipment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, or Special Purpose Machines, and experience in robot programming, PLC knowledge, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automation equipment, including robots, PLCs, and special purpose machines.
- Robot Programming: Assist in developing and implementing robot programs for ABB, FANUC, KUKA, EPSON, SODICK, and PANASONIC robots.
- PLC Knowledge: Assist in designing, developing, and implementing PLC programs using Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Allen Bradley platforms.
- Automation: Assist in automating manufacturing processes using robotics, PLCs, and special purpose machines.
- QMS Documentation: Assist in developing and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- PM Activity: Assist in planning and executing Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities to ensure equipment sustainability.
- Spare Parts Management: Assist in managing spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
- Equipment Sustainability: Assist in implementing measures to ensure equipment sustainability and extend its lifespan.
- Root Cause Analysis: Assist in conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Lean Manufacturing: Assist in implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, or Special Purpose Machines.
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in automation, preferably in the EMS industry.
- Robot Programming: Experience in programming robots from ABB, FANUC, KUKA, EPSON, SODICK, and PANASONIC.
- PLC Knowledge: Knowledge of PLC programming using Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Allen Bradley platforms.
- Automation: Experience in automating manufacturing processes using robotics, PLCs, and special purpose machines.
