Job Responsibilities:
- Be SPOC to lead for perfect Deployment in Factory of all NPI/NTI.
- Collaborate with various partners in the Factory to close any performance gaps and drive closure.
- Owner for perfect execution to Test processes needs including resources, Fixes.
- Drive Yields to meet/exceed Yield goals in 3 Months.
- Own Capacity plans and execution to scale timely collaborating with various Module owners.
- Consolidate all HW collaterals orders and tracking including upgrades and working within cross functional teams to ensure DM/IDMs kits are available.
- Owns weekly meeting on progress report cards and issues seen.

Qualifications:
Degree or Master Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronics preferred) and worked with cross functional teams thriving in extreme team work environment.
Desired Experience Level:
Require minimum >10 years of experience
