Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Owner of Equipment and KPIs such Safety, Yield, Utilization, Run Rates, Process, CIP, Layout and Set up.
  • Ensure all Equipment installation/Qualification are executed with statistical plans.  
  • Own equipment tool to tool performance matching, OP/PM Specification updates, Major Problem Solving, Supplier Interface, Quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with Factory Operations team to ensure flawless execution.
  • Owns NPI/NTI/Qualification of Equipment and Processes including conversiin kits, spares, upgrades.
  • Ensure all actionable items related to all above are closed prior passing ownership to factory for Self Sustaining.
  • Own upgrades of equipment to drive lower costs and improved performance with compliance to site goals

Qualifications:

Degree or Masters In Mechanical/Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering with Strong knowledge of process/technology related to Wafer Prober/Die Sort. Familiar with TEL, Pick and Place Handlers, Cohu Die Sort Tools.

 

Desired Experience Level:

Require minimum >10 years of experience in semiconductor/OSAT
