The Product Test engineer role is to maintain the respective Project successfully thorugh whole testing Process, Taking care of ICT, Flashing, EOL,FCT. Design and Develop testers with support from Supplier and Inhouse Test Development Team, also should be capable of Developing the ATEs individually if required.

Area of Responsibility:

• Create a Complete Product test specification for new projects.
• Understand the customer given Test speifications for Test and Measurements with Automation
• Strong understanding of Circuit schematic.
• Knowledge on Automotive communication protocols.
• Good knowledge on Adv Microcontrollers, Analog and Digital Input& Output signals.
• Design Inhouse ATE/Test developments,FCT, Flashing and End of lineTesters.
• Design InCircuit testers fixture and Flying probe Program development.
• Support and provide inputs to Test Devlopment Engineer to Make Test Fixture Tools and jigs Design & Development.
• Prepare the Test flow and Speed up the test development process.
• Create SOP,checklist and Work Instructions for Various Process using Production Tools.
• Circuit analysis, Debugging and Bench Setup skills.
• Using Measuring/sourcing instruments.
  
  

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors or masters in electrical, electronics, mechanical or related field.
Min 7 years of experience required
