Job Responsibility:

• To install, debug and accept new test equipment.
• To maintain test equipment and solve problems concerning with test equipment and test process to support production.
• To ensure that the product quality requirements are taken care of in the defined work area.
• To draft work instructions & procedures, manage and update technical files.
• To develop the test process to reduce test cycle time.
• To draft training material and conduct training for operators
• Downtime analysis, Trobleshooting of tester and product, Issue Tracking,Contigency plan, backup solutions. Improvements, cost saving
• Sound ICT Principles.
• ICT Programming knowledge
• ICT Programming and fine tuning.
• Basics of Components-Actives and Passives.
• Debugging and Analytical ability
• Thorough Knowledge of Quality tools (Cpk, G R & R,  PFMEA)
• Tester Validation,Ensure all products meet quality standards through rigorous testing.
• Zero defect,Lean,SOP/WI,8D,5W, GR & R, CpCpK.6 Sigma
• Test yield improvement / Direct test equipment troubleshooting / PM.
• Line set up / Edit new program / Order new fixture and check it / verify the new product line.
• Test method development / Test time reduction / capacity improvement.
• PM,Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.OEE,MTBF,MTTR.Effective spare Management.

Education Qualification:

Diploma/BE/BTECH/BSc

Minimum Relevant Experience:

2-7 years of experience
