Key Responsibility

• Develop & optimize new dyeing processes
• Monitor & control Anodizing dyeing baths for consistent quality
• Troubleshoot dyeing defects and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with quality & safety standards
• Collaborate with production, quality and R&D teams
• Maintain process documentation and reports
• Train operators on colouring best practices
• Plan and implement new colour development activities.
• Ensure adherence to process standards and SOPs
• Process set-up from lab to scaleup within the timelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure EHS compliance in the lines.
• Coordinate with CFT and customer on the requirements.

Qualification

BE/BTech/MSc/MTech – Chemistry/Chemical Engineering

Experience

2 to 7 years

• Strong knowledge of anodizing process and chemistry
• Ability to optimize and tune the colour dyeing processes
• New process development and Problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with strong quality focus
• Safety and compliance awareness
• Good communication and presentation skills.
