Key Responsibility

• To lead Shift  for cosmetic anodizing process
• To work on Process parameters control in the Ano Pilot line 
• Design and conduct trials as per the improvement plan.
• Analyses KPOV results and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with CFT on the shop-floor.
• Adheres to EHS regulations
• Ensure adherence to process standards and SOPs in the lines
• Achieving delivery and yield targets of Engineering builds
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in operations
• Coordinate with CFT for part-flow, FACA analysis.

Qualification

MSc/BTech in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry

Experience

2 to 7 years

Additional Technical Requirements

• Knowledge and expertise in cosmetic Anodizing chemistry
• Problem-solving skills and FACA analysis.
• Process parameters control in the Ano lines.
• Safety and compliance awareness
• Good communication and presentation skills
