Job Description:

Planning and Scheduling                 

• Capacity plan preparation as per working hours and available work centres to meet the customer requirements.
• MPS Breakdown preparation.
• Flexible planning and MRP run.
• Input plan preparation as per the MPS/Demand.

Report Generations                            

• Preparation of CTB Report to forecast material availability.
• Creation and release of Manufacturing Orders based on input plan and follow up for material kitting well in advance

SAP and Scheduling Software                     

• Worked on SAP tool as an end user & Advance planner Optimizer tool.
• Hands on Planning Scheduling Software.  

Aduit Handling and Meeting the KPIs

• To ensure daily plan Vs actual and sort the gap with concern team and review the recovery plan to achieve the target.
• Monitor backorders and priorities production schedules. Conduct regular cycle count audit and close the risk along with IE team.
• Monitor and review the manufacturing order ageing and follow up with DRI to close the Orders as per KPI       

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:                                                                                             

Minimum Education Qualification

BE Mechanical (Preferred), BE Industrial Engineering       

Certifications

SAP-MM, PP, SD & Project Planner

5-6 years
