Purpose

To execute the Failure analysis for all major issues along with the CFT with quick turn around time
Data analysis using QC tools to find out the root cause

Key Responsibility

1. Work experience in Failure analysis with good analytical skills, engineering design
2. Data analytical tools (Minitab/ JMP)
3. SPC / SQC knowledge and Six sigma, root cause analysis, corrective action, 7QC Tools & FMEA
4.Manufacturing experience in Anodizing, or surface treatment (preferred)
5. Knowledge of stack-up analysis, GD & T required 

Qualification

Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Production/Mechatronics/Automobile

Experience

3 to 8 years
