Purpose

Prepare & conduct IQC inspection plan

Key Responsibility

• Understanding the Criticality of supplier parts and risk assessment on the Production process
• Knowledge on the process capability 
• Strong problem solving knowledge
• Analytical & Strong experience on process of stamping,molding,anodizing,and machining process
• Supplier Part quality issue handling experience 
• Ensure no product line issue due to incoming/supplier parts
• Strong interpersonal skills in Handling and Involving with CFT team
• Select & qualify the suitable instruments & equipments for IQC dim & cosmetic inspection
• Ability to handle or Knowledge on the reliability test reuirement for Supplier/IQC parts
• Good knowledge on the reliability test like SST,Tensile Test,Elongnation,Push out Test & Hardness Test etc…
• Report generation for IQC Material Issue and SQE Report
• Practical knowledge on Kaizen and Lean tools

Qualification

• B.E Mechanical Engineer

Experience

4 to 7 Yrs
