Purpose

-Overall, in-charge for Creation and delivery of Process Drawings / support for iterations/Release with revision controls 
-Overall facilitation for Process design & CMS
-Planning for latest and futuristic Tools for PD & CMS 
 

Key Responsibility

1. Working experience in Product and Process Design Department and NPI/NPD
2. Hands-on experience in Siemens NX, Teamcenter, SAP, MS Office
3. Knowledge on CNC Milling, Surface finishing operations, Assembly.
4. Sound knowledge & application experience of GD&T – Define datum targets, apply GD&T callouts.
5. Awareness of manufacturing technologies, processes and achievable tolerances, Knowledge of design and manufacturing requirements & constraints on typical plastics & sheet metal components.
6. Knowledge of ASME/ISO standard of GD&T
7. Knowledge about 2D and 3D tolerance stack up & experienced in stack up calculations.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering / M.E or M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / CAD CAM / Product design
