Job Description:

• Ensures adjustment of process parameter controls during production runs (XYZ parameter adjustment)
• Responsible for monitoring and reducing process down times
• Responsible for meeting target cycle time with respect to manual operations
• Monitors the yield reports in order to ensure product quality and reduce the scrap percentage during production
• Responsible for reducing the usage of consumables                   
• Yield Management
• Monitors cosmetic yield performance
• Identifies deviations with respect to machine processes and take corrective actions, as required
• Identifies root cause using problem solving tools such as 7QC, Fishbone, Why-Why analysis
• Implements corrective and preventive action
• Creates SOPs for operating the machines (do's/don’ts, one-point lesson)
• Creates detailed reports on FACA
• Updates the downtime tracker with machine breakdown incidents and respective corrective actions taken                           
• Implements Kaizen for continuous improvement
• Captures all improvements related to Kaizen, 5S and Lean in Kaizen format
• Detects issues and identifies areas for improvement    
• Provides on-the-job training to operators as per SOPs, and gets the training content validated by IPQC team

B.Tech (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Production)/Diploma                           

Minimum Experience (in Years)

"B.Tech - 2 to 6 years of experience or Diploma - 6 to 9 years of experience"
