Key Responsibility

• Experience on CNC Machine

• Understands details about CNC machine functions as explained by supervisor
  
  
• Runs machine for errors and implements minor corrective actions to ensure machine is ready to produce before shift starts

• Understands program (G codes, M codes) and complete sequence of movement in the machine
  
  
• Ensures achievement of tool dimensions and identifies need for replacement of tools in accordance with control quality (CQ) checks by quality team

• Understands and interprets machine drawings to identify accurate placement of tools in the machine and respective dimensions to ensure smooth implementation of corrective actions
  
  
• Provides demonstration of machine functioning to operators
  
  

Qualification

Diploma (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

Experience

2 to 3 years

Additional Technical Specifications/ Requirements

Knowledge of chemistry, Surface finishing operations like deburring, shot blasting & polishing (preferred)
