Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information technologies, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience
- At least 10-12 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on control systems or automation.
- Experience in integrating shop floor systems with ERP, MES, or similar enterprise-level systems is highly desirable.
Additional Technical Requirements
Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their integration with shop floor systems.
• Strong knowledge on warehouse management system and SCM.
• Strong knowledge on Logistic Management system.
• Familiarity server IIS configuration.
• Experience with software development tools, such as C/C++, Python, or Java, for system customization and integration.
• Strong knowledge on database systems e.g., SQL, ORACLE, and data analytics tools for production reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, including software bugs, performance problems, and integration errors.
• Monitor application performance and system health using various tools and techniques.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as patching, upgrading, and backing up applications.
• Document and track all support incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact end-users.
• Assist in the implementation and rollout of new applications and upgrades.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.
• Stay current on the latest technologies and best practices in application support.
• AI & Automation Skill.
Advanced SQL Knowledge:
• Mastery in Oracle SQL (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE) for complex data retrieval.
• Understanding of joins (INNER, LEFT, RIGHT, FULL), subqueries, and set operations (UNION, INTERSECT, MINUS).
• Deep knowledge of aggregate functions (SUM, AVG, COUNT, MAX, MIN), grouping, and window functions (RANK, DENSE_RANK, LEAD, LAG).
• Expertise in Oracle Functions, Analytic Functions, and Common Table Expressions (CTEs).
PL/SQL Proficiency:
• Ability to write and optimize PL/SQL code, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Working with cursors, exception handling, and dynamic SQL.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly.
- Ability to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency through system enhancements
Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
