Process Engineering: SMT/ MLB
- Strong understanding of PCBA/SMT processes.
- Familiarity with failure analysis and Action plans.
- Basic knowledge of industry-standard testing procedures and quality control practices
- Strong Knowledge of Documentation E.g. PFMEA, PFC WI, System Procedures
- CP/CPK study of Solder paste printing and Reflow machine
- Understand the New product introductions (NPI) and Process Controls
- Programming and troubleshooting Knowledge.
Experince Level : 3- 8 Years
Education : BE/ BTECH.
