Key Responsibility
- Need to attend the Daily Sync (Internal & External Meeting) and technical meetings.
- Assign the Engineers for the rotation shifts. Plan for the Engineers Training.
- Support to Shift In charge / SFCS Engineers in case of any technical help needed.
- Check the User requirement, In case of development team support needs raise CR request.
- Any new customer requirement, need to check with WKS SFCS/development and implement.
- Provide the RCCA if any down related to SFCS.
- Need to set up the Reports, JOB server, SDS, and other back ground job file for data Sync both internal and external.
- Monitoring the Engineers Performance, Plan for additional training if needed.
- Schedule the Preventive Maintenance to achieve 100% KPI.
- Monitor the Tables, Functions, Procedure, views Performance in case of low performance need to go Performance Tuning Activity.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information technologies, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 10 - 12 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on control systems or automation.
- Experience in integrating shop floor systems with ERP, MES, or similar enterprise-level systems is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of shop floor control systems (SFCS), MES.
- Experience with real-time systems, automation technologies, and industrial controls.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their integration with shop floor systems. Familiarity server iis configuration
- Experience with software development tools, such as C/C++, Python, or Java, for system customization and integration.
- Strong knowledge on database systems e.g., SQL, ORACLE and data analytics tools for production reporting .
- AI & Automation Skill.
Advanced SQL Knowledge:
- Mastery in Oracle SQL (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE) for complex data retrieval.
- Understanding of joins (INNER, LEFT, RIGHT, FULL), subqueries, and set operations (UNION, INTERSECT, MINUS).
- Deep knowledge of aggregate functions (SUM, AVG, COUNT, MAX, MIN), grouping, and window functions (RANK, DENSE_RANK, LEAD, LAG).
- Expertise in Oracle Functions, Analytic Functions, and Common Table Expressions (CTEs).
PL/SQL Proficiency:
- Ability to write and optimize PL/SQL code, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Working with cursors, exception handling, and dynamic SQL.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly.
- Ability to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency through system enhancements.
Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
