Key Responsibility
- Responsible Material shortage review, critical escalation, PSI, review production shortage, IQC urgent items Trace, Traffic urgent items trace, packing material shortage review and Housing & Sim tray shortage review.
- Handling abnormal incoming, Quarter End inventory control, ADS analysis, Long L/T material planning, Incoming rule set up, MO Over issue tracking, MRP date check, alternative group summary and Vendor data maintain.
- Responsible for MRP excess confirmation, Allie E&O analysis, waterfall analysis, NPI model OBS control, CTB data maintains BOM effective date control and BOM priority change.
- System logic set up, abnormal case handle, SDBU Aging 50D report, Open RTV PO report, Inventory potential loss report, Scrap data audit and SAP base data maintain.
- Responsible WMS base data maintain, E-ticket base data maintain, scrap/ADS/inventory KPI,
- Adjustment analysis, lead POC process, attend Allie weekly POC meeting and monitor material shipment.

- Advance MS Office skills
- Languages: English/ Kannada/ Tamil / Hindi.
- SAP PP, MM experience

Any Bachelor/Master’s degree

2 – 5 Years in EMS OR Relevant Industry
