Purpose
Failure Analsysis - FATP
Key Responsibility
1)Perform detailed failure analysis on units from FATP production lines to identify root causes of assembly, test, or Keypart-level failures.
2)Should have strong knowledge of Acoustic, RF, Ingress, and Camera systems, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot test‑related failures across these domains.
3)Strong knowledge of 4M, 5Why Analysis, DMAIC, PFMEA, and 8D methodologies, with hands‑on experience conducting root‑cause analysis reviews and participating in daily factory meetings to drive yield and quality improvements.
4) Maintain a structured FA knowledge base to support future builds and new product introductions.
5) Strong communication, fast‑paced cross functional teamwork, and expert in FA reporting with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
