Job Description:

• Lead Industry 4.0 projects to boost manufacturing capabilities 
• Connect engineering with digital technology, equipping SMT lines with advanced automation and smart data system 
• Guide smart factory integration from feasibility during RFQs to technical implementation on the factory floor 
• Provide connected, efficient, data-driven production lines to improve quality, throughput, and responsiveness for competitive advantage 
• Offer program oversight and technical guidance to align teams and technologies for successful deployment 

Roles& Repsonsible :

• Plan and deliver smart factory projects for new production lines, aligning with business goals 
• Lead teams to implement automation and digital integration on schedule and within budget 
• Oversee installation and validation with vendors and internal teams 
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, IT, Maintenance, and Quality teams to seamlessly integrate new technologies 
• Anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage change via training and SOPs 
• Ensure smooth transition of processes to relevant teams post-project
