Role Purpose
Shift Lead – Material Security Audits & Investigation.
He / She will be responsible for strengthening the organization's security governance through internal audits, risk assessments, security investigations, incident management, and compliance monitoring. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify security gaps, drive corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement of security controls and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Security Audits
- Ensure End to End Inventory Audit and tracking
- Design, develop, and maintain the Security Internal Audit Framework.
- Plan and conduct periodic internal security audits across business functions, processes, and facilities.
- Assess compliance with organizational security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare audit reports highlighting observations, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
- Track and ensure timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
- Ensure Inventory tracking application availability and report submission
Risk Assessment & Vulnerability Analysis
- Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and weaknesses.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls and recommend mitigation measures.
- Support the development of risk registers and monitor risk treatment plans.
Audit Closure & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams, business units, and clients to address audit observations.
- Drive closure of internal and client audit findings through effective follow-up and verification.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Security Incident Management & Investigation
- Coordinate security incident response activities and ensure timely escalation of critical incidents.
- Lead security incident investigations to determine facts, root causes, and business impact.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports and submit findings to management.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of audits, investigations, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Analyse security incident trends and identify recurring issues or emerging risks.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to support management decision-making.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance overall security posture and operational effectiveness.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of security audit methodologies, risk assessment frameworks, and investigation techniques.
- Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in documentation, compliance tracking, and security reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full-time Bachelor’s degree with good hand in Ms Office.
- Work experience in Warehouses or large-scale EMS / Automobile Industry.
- Prior experience in security compliance, audits, investigations, or risk management functions.
Experience: 3–6 years in Security Audits, Inventory Audits, Investigations, Risk Assessment, Compliance.
