Key Responsibility
Accounts Revenue |
Execute and drive strategic growth initiatives for assigned accounts. Assist in closing tactical activities (e.g., design documentation, setting up meetings with customers, finalizing deliverables, etc.) in collaboration with the Factory, TPM, Sales (CS), and customers. |
Cross Collaboration | Collaborate closely with TPM to provide technical support to sales and the factory for RFQs. |
Company Ambassador | Serve as the primary point of contact between key customers and the factory, championing problem resolution for quality issues, quality incidents, supply chain challenges, and other concerns faced by customers. |
QTR Champion |
Organize technical review meetings (TRM, QTR) for designated customers. Arrange meetings between TPM and customers for in-depth technical discussions on various topics. |
Sales generating activities | Register new opportunities in the sales funnel database as they arise with assigned accounts and make recommendations to the management team on sales-generating activities and strategies to enhance TSAT's market position and service offerings. |
Understanding customer needs |
Proactively analyze and understand customer needs, working with internal teams (TPM and R&D) to address those needs. Obtain customer product roadmaps and communicate them to the TPM and R&D teams, ensuring alignment with manufacturing technology. |
Support Project Management | Oversee and take ownership of NPI programs (customer facing and to work closely with TPM), driving successful and timely completion of NPI qualifications. |
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA is a plus.
