Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components. Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence. Responsibilities |
1. Review user requirements and gather data 2. Float RFQ and summarize commercials thru QCS 3. Lead Negotiation strategy and plan tactfully 4. Business review & awards 5. Escalation point of contact for supply issues 6. Multi Sourcing for Risk Mitigation and Cost Reduction 7. Lead Supply Agreements"
1. Drive continous focus on cost reduction strategies and execution 2. Volumetric Negotiation based on Projection 3. Identify strategic cost competitive supplier for long term business results. 4. End to end RFQ cycle management for BOM items."
1. Understand stakeholders requirement and plan execution based on project requirement 2. Weekly reporting, program reviewes and technology roadmap development"
1. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers 2. Commodity spend management - Spend analysis, SWOT, Supplier segmentation & performance management. 3. Conduct Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews wth Key suppliers."
1.Identify, develp and Implement SOP's for system building 2. Ensure system Hygiene

1. To Establish best in Class commercial terms such as Quality, Cost, Delivery, Technology & Sustainability. 2. To Identify Cost Reduction Opportunities either through Negotiation or alternate Sourcing 3. To drive commodity strategy for short and long term business requirements 4. Owns supplier relationship, supplier strategy and conducts regular busines reviews with key stakeholders 5. Owns purchasing agreements/contracts, SOW, SLA. Escalation PoC for supply chain related issues. |
Qualifications |
Minimum Education Qualification BE/Mechanical/Production/Electronics/Electrical (Mandatory) Post graduate. (Preferred - MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Imports & Exports Management, etc.,) " Certifications
