Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for IQC, IPQC for NTI/NPI activities.

· Ensure SPC for critical process are implemented.

· Knowledgeable on AQL sampling.

· Identify critical processes to implement special check points in the process.

· Update control plans and FMEA

· Ensure calibration of measurement tools are up to date.

· Clear understanding on package reliability (AECQ-100)

· Able to drive reliability activities as per the plan to ensure results are published on time.

Essential Attributes

• Experience in semiconductor backend processes and reliability
• Good networking with suppliers to obtain efficient support.
• Able to understand customer’s requirement
• Good understanding on creating WI, SOP
• Strong presentation skills with excellent networking skills.
• Excellent English communication to work with a diverse cross-functional culture.
• Able to work under pressure to deliver task on time.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Science Engineering

Desired Experience Level

Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging
