Purpose
About The Business:
Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibility
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities for Gas & Chemical Distribution system packages.
2. Support monitoring of MEP works at site.
3. Assist in installation, inspection, and testing of gas and chemical systems
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HVAC, Electrical, Cleanroom, Mechanical, etc.to ensure timely execution).
5.Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress trackers.
6. Assist in vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and resource allocation.
7.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
8.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
9.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
10. Candidates should be comfortable working at site conditions and be ready for hands-on involvement when required at site.

Degree / Diploma (Chemical)
Experience
Desired Experience Level: 2-5 years

Required an enthusiastic and hardworking person who is having experience in program and project management activities for the Utility Plant. The role involves assisting in planning, monitoring, and coordinating various engineering and operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of utility projects.
