Responsibilities:

Equipment Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement equipment maintenance and upgrade strategies.

Oversee equipment lifecycle management, including procurement and disposal.

Process Optimization
-
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
-
Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues.

Compliance & Safety
-
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
-
Maintain documentation for audits and certifications.
-
Budget & Cost Control
-
Prepare and manage equipment-related budgets.
-
Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
-
Project Management
-
Lead equipment installation and commissioning projects.
-
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely execution.
Essential Attributes:

10+ years of experience in equipment engineering.
-
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation systems, and preventive maintenance.
-
Proficiency in CAD tools, PLC programming, and equipment reliability analysis.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (master’s preferred).
Desired Experience Level:

Experience in semiconductor, automotive, or electronics manufacturing.

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies.
-
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and global teams.
