Material Security Executive

 Responsibilities:  

  1. Material Executive will be handling plant material management in overall plant -.
  2. Will be available in Dispatch/ Reception of material across plant and outside plant.
  3. Actively Participation in warehouse activities & development of packaging, Coordination with internal stores and ensuring security guidelines.
  4. Manage Inventory movement and Control process in the plant.
  5. Day to day Coordination between all team members of logistics, dispatch & other Dept. for better control over logistical process.
  6. All warehouse Stock accuracy, Improve finished goods/ Scrap handling stock accuracy with weekly cycle counts.
  7. Assist management packaging at warehouse stocks & its related work such as inventory counting (Manually), amendments as per guidelines and reports on the client related issues & their action plan.
  8. Assist during scrap handling process such as part scrap & its disposal on time from plant, invoice generation & coordination with internal team for better waste management.
  1. Accountable for Initiating Preliminary Investigations, material Investigation requirements of the plant.
  2. Ability to conduct security audits as per the check list
  3. Well versed with security related trainings and ability to conduct the same to security staff to enhance the skills

  • Ability to work within the team
  • Always act in a safe manner and highlight any physical security risks
  • Operate Company computer based operating systems, after training.
  • Willing to do shift duties (including night shifts)
  • Ability to write security incident reports and reporting.
  • Physically Fit
  • Good knowledge about material and Key management
  • Good English communication and written skills (Should know Local language: speaking reading and writing)
  • Having experience in handling outsourced guard force management

 

 Requisite Candidate Profile:   Executive/Sr Executive Level

  • Any Degree
  • With minimum 5 yrs. of experience preferably in manufacturing industry
  • Good Communication skills
  • Preferred Ex-service man retired from Army/Navy/Airforce or any paramilitary personnel – Equivalent to Havildar and above
  • Relocation near to the plant
